While Sanremo builds some of the most precise coffee machines in the world, the development team there understand that not every business serving coffee has high skilled barista staff or even the need for specialty level of coffee.

However, with the increasingly higher expectations of coffee drinkers, many businesses aspire to make coffee as well as they can to win and satisfy customers and thus encourage repeat sales. The Zoe Vison is specified to make a difference where it counts A shot timer on each group These LED displays tell you on every shot you pour whether your extraction is within the target time window or not. Shot timers came into high end barista machines during the last decade, but single boiler machines at the more entry level of the market, typically used in cafes, restaurants and coffee outlets where super precision extracted coffee isn’t commercially necessary, haven’t had the benefit of it.  The Zoe vision changes that.

  The new Vision version of the Zoe shows its operator the actual time the machine is taking to produce the espresso thus providing instant accessibility to this critical information. Would a reputable Chef serve a cut of meat if he knew it was burnt?   Neither should the Barista, and the Vision helps the operator know whether the espresso is pouring at the right speed or not.   LED lit working area The Vision was given its name not just for the display of the shot times, but because its two low energy LED down lighters which are focused on the point of coffee delivery, helping the barista to see the colour, texture and crema formation as the espresso pours, which helps confirm to them that the coffee is extracting nicely. Imagine a great chef working in poor light- that’s exactly why we introduced this innovative feature.

Although you might spend a little more on the Zoe Vision than with other entry level machines, the benefits it brings you make a real difference – you will enjoy a solid performer which looks great on your counter and reliably pumps out great tasting coffee helping you maintain and grow your customer base.

Stage 1
We deliver an order of Eco Coffee to a customer
Stage 2
The customer expertly brews a wonderful cup of Eco Coffee
Stage 3
The customer stores the used Eco Coffee grounds in a special repurposed tub/bin
Stage 4
We collect the used grounds (at the same time as delivering the next batch of Eco Coffee to minimise trips) and return the used coffee grounds to our roastery to be dried
Stage 5
The dried coffee grounds get pressed in to a biofuel then that biofuel is used to fuel the innovative eco roaster to roast the next batch of Eco Coffee
Stage 6
The freshly roasted beans are then quality checked and packed in recyclable bags ready for delivery.
